Welcome to Train Your Pup’s private in home dog training. We provide professional at home private dog training programs for the greater Dayton area. Through this technique we can positively identify the root cause of many problematic  dog behaviors.  We teach training methods to the owners in the dogs’ home and other everyday environments.  These methods are intended to provide guidance on discipline, boundaries, behavior, expectations, and the importance of exercise and mental stimulation.

The ground work for any training regimen starts with building a strong bond between you and your dog. Because of this we strongly believe in dog related activities.   A tired dog is a good dog! Well behaved dogs are also created by calm, collected, and confident handlers, therefore we will supply you with the confidence and tools to identify and handle some of the most unforeseen situations.

Just like every person doesn’t learn the same, nor do dogs.  I am unable to put a timeline on how long it will take to achieve your goal due to severity of problems and handler ability.  Although our primary belief is based in positive reinforcement training methods we have many techniques to help customize a solution to fit almost any canine problem.
