In-Home General Obedience
Train Your Pup's private in-home dog obedience training provides the greater Dayton, OH area with beginner to advanced obedience courses that stress proper leash etiquette, recall, and proper greetings.
Our in-home dog obedience classes are intended for adult dogs with no major behavioral issues and owners who want help with general dog obedience training. Our obedience school for dogs is essential for communication and prohibiting behavioral problems.
Train Your Pup uses positive reinforcement techniques so your beloved fur child will be rewarded for pleasing his or her family.
Instruction will begin in the home with minimal distractions so you can practice your timing. Distractions will be added gradually so you and your dog will be more successful. Sessions will take place in the home, park, veterinarian hospitals, pet stores, etc.
Train Your Pup is also a qualified AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator. This award is designed to reward pet parents for training their dogs with basic obedience and good manners. This is often the first step in receiving a Therapy Dog Certification or more challenging dog sports like agility, rally, or competition obedience.
